Our physicians are active, practicing doctors with an average of 20 years of patient experience, so they know how to present complicated situations in layman’s terms. Dr. DeFalco is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a fellowship in sports medicine as well as arthroscopic surgery with more than 17 years in private practice. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Osteopathic Association. In addition to his active treating practice, Dr. DeFalco is an experienced expert witness having been certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and has received additional training as an expert witness. Paul G. Teja, D.O.
Dr. Teja is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 20 years in private practice. Behnam Salari, D.O.
Dr. Salari is a Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with expertise in surgical and non-surgical treatment of spine disorders. He is double fellowship trained in spine surgery and remains active with clinical practice. Dr. Salari is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and North American Spine Society. He has been published on topics related to spinal surgery, treatment, and care. Kevin White, D.O.
Dr. White is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and holds membership in the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society, the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedic Surgeons. William Sayde, M.D
Dr. Sayde is an actively treating physician at The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey as well as a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a fellowship in Sports Medicine. He has been in private practice for over seven years. During his fellowship, he was assistant team physician for collegiate and professional sports teams. Christian Zaino, M.D.
Dr. Zaino is board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery and holds a Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopaedic Surgery of the Hand through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, as well as the American Association of Hand Surgery.
Dr. Zaino completed a formal fellowship in hand, upper extremity, and microscopic surgery at the University of Chicago. He also received training in congenital hand surgery at the National Children’s Hospital of Lima, Peru, and microscopic surgery at the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, Minnesota. Most recently, he completed a traveling fellowship in complex wrist arthroscopy and reconstruction at the Hand Institute of Auckland, New Zealand.
